Most frequently asked questions

Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes as your package will have already began being processed at the warehouse (we're fast). You’ll need to place another order or initiate a return of any unwanted items.

This is all depends on what service you have selected at checkout.

Please be advised that all times are an estimate and we are therefore not responsible for delivery times being extended by our carrier.

Please double check the delivery option you selected at checkout, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be delivered by. You can check delivery timescales on our delivery page (in the footer). If it's before the advised delivery date and you've had your dispatch email, then it’s on its way. Your delivery date has to have passed for us to be able to investigate where your order is.

Returns and exchanges

To start a return, head to our returns page (in the footer). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You have 14 days from when you place your order, to initiate the returns process. Our system will not allow you to start a return request after 14 days has passed.

Please note once you have received your return label, you have seven days to return the item to us. We will not process any returns after this time.

A typical refund takes up to 21 days.

If you are using Collect+ the tracking will show it delivered to our nearest distribution centre. You will receive an email when this has happened, from this it’s around 7 days to show up in your bank statement, this does all depend on your banks individual processing time.

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher, this will be credited back to your E-Gift Card.

All returns are thoroughly quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

Unfortunately at this time we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.

Payment Information

At Babeology we accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Gift cards.

When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

E- Gift Vouchers

If you're in possession of a voucher/gift certificate, then yes we accept those!

The code may have expired as most are limited time only.

You can only use one code at a time and unable to use codes with automatically applied discount promotions at checkout.

Make sure you double check for typos!

Simply enter your code into the ‘Redeem Gift Voucher’ box at checkout and hit apply. If the value of your order is less than the value of your gift certificate, the balance remains on your voucher for next time :D
